And I'm more sore then if I had done 90 squats lol.
You see regular chores I think are sometimes more exercise than exercise. As for the squats, Sun. I had to explain to a lady walking up the stairs next to me why I was pulling myself up with the railing. ha

Cathy, Sharon, and others you really make me want to exercise because when I know you will come here and comment....well it just keeps me going. And when you have similar problems, I know I'm not the only one.

I did the 3-Mile "Walk to the Hits" this morning (45 min.), but this time I felt l needed an extra workout so I did an extra 20 minutes with 5 lb. weights, and other toning exercises that I learned from Cindy Crawford's workout years ago!

Looks like I may be ready for Leslie's 5 Mile workout!

The five really big miles takes an hour and a half. I did it a few times but that's a lot of time.

It says seventy five min on the back cover but if you start it and look at the time when you pause it, it says an hour and twenty eight min. which would be about and hour and half. I wonder if they don't count the warm up and cool down.

Yes, it definitely helps keep me motivated!

I forgot to post that I ran and then did leslie flexibility yesterday. Was going to run again today but it was 39 when I got up , very unusual for Florida. So I took am off and may run after school. I don't own any winter running gear.
