Hi Everyone!

I took a rest day. I probably won't take a rest day on the next scheduled rest day. Today I finished up all of my monthly work, cleaned the and dusted the office and bathrooms at work. While we are closed for the Thanksgiving holiday I will probably get a jump start on my month end stuff. It's a never ending cycle, isn't it.

Laura I missed your post about losing your fur baby. I'm so sorry about that. I'm glad your trip was nice. We cruised on Carnival. We left right out of our local port, so we didn't have to fly or drive to Florida. I have heard RC is a lot nicer than Carnival. I know you will enjoy it.

Great job on the spinning class. Do you get sore after those classes? I still haven't taken one but would love to one day.

Thanks, Diana. I know that you can empathize with my loss.
I'm glad that you enjoyed your cruise - do you mind me asking where you went and what you liked? We are going to Nassau and RC's private Bahama Island. Should be so nice and a break from freezing Feb New England weather!

Laura We went to the Bahamas. We liked Atlantis. We ate lunch and they had a large aquarium right there in the dining area. We didn't have to pay to see this. I have heard there is an aquarium that you have to pay for. I would have loved to do the water park but didn't get a chance to do that. I swam with the dolphins and that was amazing!

Hi ladies,

Soreness abounds today!
Rest day today due to company being over during my typical workout time. Grrr! Still ate perfectly, which is most important for me right now and I'll make today my 1 day off.

Diana - Thank you fornthe suggestion! Did you do an excursion to Atlantis or take a taxi? Was there much to donrught at the port?

Laura We did excursions. I know people who took taxi's and did things on their own and everything was fine. I would be too scared to do that on my own. I don't feel it's worth the risk. Are you considering doing any excursions? I just feel safer doing things trough the cruise line.

Laura The excursions through the ship are more expensive, but I think it's worth it. You don't have to figure anything out. Also, look at the cruise line website for ratings on the excursions. They will let you know which ones are better. Safety was also a priority for me. Nothing like being in another country and not being able to get help and the ship leave you there. The ship will leave you there and there is no one to help you.
