Hi Everyone!

Remember about all of my TTOM problems?

I got some very good news today when I went to my gyno appointment. My mammogram and pap were good. The labs the gyno ordered for my TTOM problems were all good. The ultrasound showed 4 very small fibroids. The ovaries were good and endometrium was very thin. I told the Dr. about my most recent TTOM being perfectly normal. This was the first in a long time. She reviewed my thyroid records and how they have just gotten into range recently. She also noticed that I have lost weight since I was there last, probably from the thyroid improvements. She doesn't feel the small fibroids are the culprit. She feels that my TTOM issues have been from the thyroid. She didn't see any reason to even do the biopsy, unless I objected, LOL. Which I didn't. She wants to see me back in 3 months to see if things have continued to stay regulated.

Laura

Hi Everyone!

Tonight we are going out for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant had a limited number of reservations available. We will probably close the shop early in order to get downtown on time. I might not get a workout in today.

Last night I added on: Debbie Siebers Slim and Limber

Have a wonderful day!

Hi ladies!

Thank you for welcoming me back, Diana and teacher . Diana - I apologize for being MIA and causing any concern. I was is a crummy place with food and not working out. Yuck to that!!! I'm so happy that you got good news from your doctor! With the TOM concerns you've had, I'm sure that it was comforting.
Happy Anniversay to you!

Teacher - congrats on your teaching job!! Are you enjoying it? I hear ya on the food. My pups are good, thank you. Sadly we lost our senior last month to kidney disease. Our sweet boy passed 31 days after being diagnosed and he is so missed.

Yesterday - fire 30. Tonight: fat burning workout.

I'm in a serious hurry to drop these pounds! Can't beleieve I gained ALL 72 pounds back AND 9 more

Hello Everyone!

Diana: I like to do both Yoga and Tai Chi for different reasons. Yoga gives me a good gentle stretch after my high intensity strength training with DEFL. Plus, since it takes strength to hold some of the balancing poses, it finishes where DEFL left off in a more gentle calming way. Tai Chi is meditation in motion. It is balancing and relaxing while using my full range of motion. So I do Yoga on the four days of the week that I do DEFL and I do Tai Chi Chih six days a week. I take Sundays off. Today I have added Pilates to my weekly routine on the two days of the week that I do not do DEFL.

Check-in:
Walk 30 minutes
PILATES BEGINNING MAT WORKOUT (with Ana Caban on GaiamTV.com)
Tai Chi Chih: Bass Drum, Daughter on Top of the Mountain, Daughter in the Valley

Have a sensational Saturday and Sunday!

Hi ladies!

Deb - Thank you!!! I know that your encouragement helps! I WILL keep it off this time

Diana - We had a nice time in Bermuda. A lovely, peaceful island! We actually booked our first cruise to the Bahamas for Feb! We wanted a brief getaway after dealing with all of the stress of our boy being sick and passing. We're taking Royal Caribbean. What line did you take last year?

Teacher - I'm glad that the new job is working out well!!

Friday - Fire 45
Tonight - Fat Burning Workout.
