Oops forgot to post this am! Did the same as Wednesday. Plank, run, Leslie flexibility. Today is my birthday and I still wanted to run! Imagine that! Going biking in the am if not raining.
Went 25 miles on bike this morning. We slept in (after celebrating a little bit too much last night). I rarely drink and did last night. Apparently that made an impact on my biking because I had no energy!
So many people have asked me how I have gotten in shape lately and I always tell them about Leslie. I'm hoping they will start doing it and I'll tell them to come here!
it is finally like fall here this morning. So I did my walking outside today. we have a new walking track in our little rural area, so I went and walked for 35 minutes this morning. it was absolutely beautiful, lots of woods, and a lake, and ducks and just beautifulness everywhere.
on the jessicasmithtv ap, there are some things you can sign up for that cost a $1 or so, but yea, that and ads and you can buy here stuff on dvds now. I just do her stuff online
Yesterday we ride bikes and went 23 miles. I was a little sore this am, but did my planking, running and Leslie flexibility walk. We had a "cold front" yesterday and today...it was only 60 when I left to run at 4:30! For us that's cold, I loved it. The heat will be back soon.
