I did 4 segments (40 minutes) of the Mix & Match dvd, and then did squats, plants and stepups.
Tubolard - moving is HARD work!!! glad to have you back!
Sharon - congrats on the weight loss. "I don't want to lose anymore"... now those are words you don't hear often!!! CONGRATS GIRL!!!! I can't even imagine how GOOD it must feel to be able to say that!!!
Carol - life sure does get in the way of our workouts sometimes but you are always here!!! so glad!
LOL I did everything except blinds and windows!!! I moved things out and around, dusted and wiped down every little thing, every ceiling fan blade and took the light fixtures down and washed them, wiped every baseboard, dusted every knick knacking thing in the house, cleaned the bathrooms top to bottom, wiped out all the cabinets in the boys bathroom thats empty now, then vacuumed carpets, swept floors, and moped all the floors. longest day I've had in a long time
Taking a day off because I am running my first 5k in the morning. Plus, I get my new bike this afternoon and we are going to go for a long ride, about 30 miles Sunday. Plus the strength training yesterday was tough, so I need one day off. I hate missing a day! Never thought I'd say that.
Cathy, yes, I can't believe it myself. When I started in July a year ago my original goal was 165, I think. Then I kept lowering it as I would hit it. Now I am not even thinking so much about the weight as I am being fit. All these exercises are getting me firm which is a first.
5K went great! I finished in 30 minutes, 10 seconds (approx).
It was raining and chilly (73). I am used to running in our usual muggy 90 degrees so it was so nice that it wasn't hot! I was expecting to finish in about 33-36 so I was shocked that I finished that quick. It was fun too.
