Hi Everyone!

I didn't add on any yoga last night, but I just completed something. I did all the Quick Fix sections from Low Back and Hips from Jill Millers Yoga Tune Up Quickfix RX.

I need to get to the shop so I can do my regular workout later.

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: The Firm Get Chisel'd w/8's

This one will go back on the shelf at home. There are too many moves to get anything out of it. (or at least for me) I pulled out a couple more weight training DVD to try. I think I am going to take them all back home and go back to the few Kelly workouts that I like. It's terrible disliking weight training so much.

Teacher Hi

Deb I don't remember if the Fat Free yoga DVD has "rock and roll on your spine" on it. If it does, be very careful with that move. I was doing the FF yoga as well as other KY workouts. I think the rock and roll move caused problems with my SI joint. That's the reason that I have been doing the rehab type yoga more recently. I will continue with the rehab stuff until I am better. I do love the breathing stuff on Fat Free yoga and plan to add that back in at a later time.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Hi everyone!!!

Diana- I struggle mostly with after school snacking and dinner. I have a plan but willpower after a long day is hard for me. Plus, I tend to go hog wild on the weekends. I know what to do it's just willpower.

today- elip 30 min

Hello Everyone!

Diana: Yes, the Fat Loss Yoga DVD has rock and roll on the spine. That actually feels good to me once I get rolling. One thing that I like about Yoga is that you only do as much as you are comfortable doing. You don't push to the point of pain. So you are doing the right thing by switching to a form that feels better for your body.

Teacher: Have you tried preparing a healthy snack ahead of time? That way when you get home from work, you can just reach for the snack that you have waiting rather than junk. Make enough on Sunday to get you through the work week. As for the weekend binge...maybe you could try allowing yourself to binge one day rather than both days. By doing that, you would be greatly reducing the calories you consume in a week. Willpower doesn't come so much from self-discipline and determination as it does from loving yourself enough to commit to doing what you know is right for you.

Check-in:
Metabolic Aftershock 2B
YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: ACTIVE YOGA CONDITIONING
Tai Chi Chih: Pulling Taffy Wrist Circles, Pulling Taffy Perpetual Motion, Working the Pulley, Light at the Top of the Head, Light at the Temple
31-minute Walk

Have a wonderful day!
