My father had to have a heart cath yesterday. They found a blockage and it's being treated with medicine. He was only in the hospital one night and now back home. So sadly, my parents big trip is off.
Last night I added on: Hip Pain (SI Joint) from Yoga for Stress Relief
Teacher The good news is that is sounds like your Dad is doing well after the surgery. What a blessing. Keep us updated on him. I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
Deb It's Kelly Coffey Meyer. Her workouts are great because she has a lot of premixes on them. Here is a link to the Start Here workout: https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/30-...-DVD-p/533.htm There's also a video clip that you can look at. I absolutely HATE weight training but I seem to do OK with a few of her workouts.
Teacher: Good to hear that your dad is doing better!

Something funny about Cody. We take him to be washed and groomed every two weeks. We go to the same place where I took Magnum. The owner used to take care of Magnum and loved him dearly. She cried at his last appointment. So I took Cody there when it was time for his first grooming. She had this look on her face She doesn't like Boykins or Spaniels for that matter. She had a bad experience with them. I think she was bit. So she said that another lady there would take care of Cody. The last time I took him in the lady that normally takes care of Cody was no longer there. She moved away from the area. So the owner told me that she would be taking care of Cody. I was like I was very concerned because of her previous problem with Spaniels/Boykins. When I went to pick him up, I asked how he did. She said that he did great and he has a great personality. Again, I was like . I asked her "are you talking about my dog, Cody?" She said yes, but I really thought she was just trying to be nice. I took Cody in today for his appointment. When I picked him up, I asked how he did. She said that he was the best dog that she had today and he did really well. She said that he's still has his puppy ways but that's to be expected and he did really well. We have worked really hard with Cody and we can tell that he has turned a corner in the last couple of months. He's still bad and sometimes he's even evil. But he has shown so much improvement and growth. We have never had to hire a trainer for our dogs, but I was seriously thinking we would need help with Cody. When those trainers put us off, I knew we had to work with him on our own. I am so proud of our little one.
