Default Online Exercise Videos - Any Recommendations?

I've been using a free website, Fitsugar, for some great exercise videos. I like the fact that I can find short workouts that I can work into my day. Anyone have a favorite they can recommend?

Blogilates, for sure!
I've done her beginner's month calendar and it is NOT easy. She has tons of different videos on youtube that you can choose from. Plus she's kinda annoying and really pushes you to give your all (she seriously knows when we're about to give up, it's freaky!).

I love love love Fitness Blender on youtube, mostly because they are HIIT and they don't involve dancing around because I am sooo uncoordinated lol

I have checked blogilates too and she has great workouts but none over 30 minutes and I tend to feel better with longer workouts. Fitness Blender has anything from 20 minutes to 1.5 hour so it gives you a lot of options.

I have been doing the 56 minutes sweatfest this week and I love it! I can feel the burn

Youtube has a fitness channel and they have some of the Leslie Sansone walking at home videos. They are awesome! You do a lot of different things that work different muscles.

I highly recommend Jessica Smith TV on YouTube! Jessica has released many DVD's, but she also has posted hundreds of FREE videos on her YouTube channel, categorized by workout type, level, etc. She is very down to earth and encouraging, not overly "perky", and many times her adorable French bulldog Peanut makes an appearance as well

If you want short motivating treadmill MP3 workouts you can get "Treadmill Express: Featuring Treadmill Music + Coaching" by Deekron & Motion Traxx Workout Music from iTunes or Amazon. It consists of 3 twenty-minute workouts and the chick who does the coaching is Amy Dixon from the Breathless Body DVD series. I find it really motivating on days I don't have time for a video. The 20 minutes fly by and I'm sweaty at the end.

I cosign the JessicaSmithTV recommendation on YouTube. Jessica Smith has a TON of videos on YouTube and they're diverse in length, intensity, style and ANYONE of ANY fitness level can find something of interest there. She frequently has challenges where she does 6-week or month-long fitness challenges with like a schedule of her free videos so you don't even have to put that much thought into what to do on any given day.

If you want more of an intense challenge, you can check out the workouts on ZuzkaLight dot com. They're not too long but they're super intense! You can also check out Bodyrock dot tv for a similarly intense but not too long workout.

I have the Dr. Ian Smith HIIT video and it works wonders! It goes along with the Shred and Super Shred diet plan he has, but you don't have to do the diet plan to order the video. It has built up my muscle mass and energized me. I highly recommend it!
