this morning I did my squats (80), step ups, planks and hand weights and then I did this one mile walk called "Walk Indoors! Interval"

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!

Today (Tuesday here in CA for another 45 minutes)... I did my walk/jog for 5.5 miles. Tomorrow I am going to do a little less because DH and I are renting bikes and riding around Monterey. Not too excited about it... I really am not much of a biker but going to give it a try.

Are you going home soon, Sharon? After years I finally figure out that biking brought on bladder infection. I got them when I was a young girl and stopped riding in about the 7th grade. Then I didn't have them again until I got married. Horse riding did the same thing. I got bladder infection every year when we went on vacation and I loved riding horses.

hey gang

Carol - I don't know where that Walk Indoors! Interval came from. I found it on youtube when searching for Leslie Sansone walks and came across it. somehow it is one that I do not have, and I thought I had seen them all lol

last night I did 45 minutes of my squats (90) and stepups and then I did these 2 videos of arm workouts with 5 lb weights in each hand. I was soaking wet when I got finished

Carol, yes I go home on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing my DS and his GF and the dogs!
Today I did five miles outside, walk and jog.
Yesterday we did ride bikes for several hours. It was nice since weather here is so nice.

We are going to Big Sur today which means probably some more hiking!
