Did a 5.5 mile walk/jog around Monterey this morning. Feels so good outside here, the weather is just perfect.

Going to San Francisco this weekend, so we will just be doing tourist stuff and I don't think I will have any official walks.

hey gang

I just did the 2 Mile Burn Body Fat dvd with 2 lb hand weights. I also did my daily squats, step ups, and planks. I am up to 80 squats a day and of course my knees are bothering me BOO!!!

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!

I just did the 30 min, 2 mile walk, Im gonna start walking in the morning for 30 mins and then I'll do WATP's dvd in the evening.

I ordered the dvd that has walks up to 5 miles so Im excited to get it and try out mile 3,4 and 5.

I got my walk in yesterday and I'll do it again today, My mom ordered my MP3 player on Saturday so hopefully it will ship to our walmart store soon so we can pick it up, As soon as I get it I'll start walking outside in the morning with it and then doing my WATP's dvd in the evening. The MP3 player is a birthday present thats why she ordered and I didnt.
