I did 2 miles this morning. I used the old Walk and Jog dvd.
and I will do my squats, stepups, planks and hand weights tonight

Today (Wednesday) I met my friend who moved out to CA a year ago for a hike!
Wow! I thought a hike was like a little nature trail. Oh no, this was intense!
We went up quite high and came back down. It was so fun. Again, if I hadn't lost the weight I never would have been able to do it. We went about 6 miles back and forth! It took over 3 hours.
