Walked/jogged 4.3 miles this morning. Tomorrow we are driving to Los Angeles for the weekend. With sightseeing we will probably do a lot of walking but I still may get up and do my walk if I'm comfortable with the neighborhood.

I did 3 miles this morning. I used the Walk to the HITS Radio Remixes dvd. Also did my squats, stepups, planks and hand weights. I'm doing those every day whether I get a walk in or not. I cannot tell you how much stronger I feel already just by doing those things daily!

Walked tons yesterday and today (Friday & Saturday) -- just tourist stuff so not too intense but today was 7 miles. It was pretty hot in LA today so I was thinking I'm so glad that I lost that 52 pounds because I wouldn't have been able to walk around as much at last summer's weight!
