Yes, apparently I'm not thinking that early in the morning. I did do four, lol.
Tomorrow morning I am going to try out a personal trainer for strength training. This is just a free session and then I'll decide. Trying it out based upon the Year Younger Next Year for Women book recommendations. I can't afford it forever, but I could for a few months.
