Hi Everyone!

We are still traveling. We left Yuma, AZ, on June 29. We stayed in Flagstaff, AZ, for two days visiting Woody's daughter and my sister and then a day in Gallup, New Mexico, looking at Native American rugs and jewelry. Then we went to Buffalo (near Springfield), MO, for a few days to visit Woody's cousins and aunt. Saturday, July 5, we stopped in Brookfield, MO, to visit with my dad and his wife on our way to Washington (near Peoria), IL, to visit with more cousins until Monday. Then on to suburbs of Milwaukee, WI, for a week visiting my sons and grandchildren. Monday, July 14, we visited Dinosaur National Monument in Dinosaur, CO. Dinosaur bone fossils were left embedded in the face of a mountain and the monument was built around it. By Monday night we were in Salt Lake City, UT, where my daughter and granddaughter live. We leave tomorrow morning to go to Lake Tahoe, NV, where I have a two-day conference. We are taking our granddaughter with us.

I have kept to my plan to walk at least twice a day most days. Some days I did one long walk instead. We have hiked a couple mountain trails and spent a couple hours at the zoo in Milwaukee and several hours in various children's museums in Salt Lake City. I have not done any yoga and I have not been as consistent with my diet as I had intended but better than I have done in the past.

I'll check in again in a couple of days.

Enjoy your weekend!
