Hi Everyone!

Check-In: Les Mills Combat 60 w/weighted gloves

Teacher How was your first day back to tracking? I am still up 3.8 pounds from my pre-vacation weight. I did have a significant angioedema flare up this weekend, though. That probably contributes a couple pounds to that.

lucindaarrowspark Hi and welcome to the check-in!

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: 15 minutes of the combined workouts premix from KCM's Plateau Buster

Customers started coming in to pick up their trucks right after I started my workout. I wasn't able to finish before we left the shop. We had to deliver a vehicle after work. It started storming, so I didn't want to go back to the shop at 9 PM. Life happens and tomorrow is another day.

Teacher It will start clearing up after a couple of days. I'm not sure if I mentioned my Dr. appointment a couple weeks ago. I did labs for my thyroid and regular labs. I went to a new Dr. because my previous Dr. resigned. Anyways, I have been increasing the antihistamines to try to stop the angioedema flareups. I was still getting flareups and didn't understand. The new Dr. told me to reduce my antihistamines because the flareups and symptoms wouldn't stop completely. She said that I will continue to have symptoms on a regular basis. I actually feel better with less antihistamines although my daily symptoms are a little worse. The flareups and symptoms can peak and get worse like it did this weekend. Also, I found out that my thyroid meds are still off. She increased my meds again. That's probably the reason it's is so much work to maintain my weight. Hopefully things will get regulated one day. My meds were regulated until my Mom passed away 2 years ago. Not sure why my body won't absorb the medicine properly or whatever is going on.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: KCM's Plateau Buster workout #1 w/10's

Teacher I am trying to take it all in stride. In the past, I would get all upset and jacked up over it all. Of course that probably just makes things worse. I'm actually thinking perimenopause can be making the thyroid and angioedema symptoms worse. Who knows.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Diana- still excited but starting to get into overwhelmed zone. I'm preparing myself that Aug is going to be a mess. But I know eventually, I'll get into a routine. I'm looking for to seeing some of my previous students and meeting new ones but I'm dreading the paperwork and being away all day from my furbabies.

today- nothing... was running around doing errands
