Hi Everyone!

Check-In: KCM's Circuit Burn 30 Minute Total Body Circuit Burn Mix #10's for weights, #1's for boxing

I ran out of time today. This was the quickest way to do cardio and weights.

Teacher I bet it's more of a struggle right now because your sister is home and you are around more family right now. What do you think? It seems like everyone else can eat whatever they want but not have weight issues.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening.

Diana- you're totally right. I'm at my parents a lot and with all my family around I tend to eat more. Plus, lots of lunch dates. I know what to do, I just need to get the willpower back! Did you get any swimming on your vacation?

today- swim 30 min

Teacher Yes! I did swim. I couldn't swim our two travel days, but I did swim AM and PM on the other two days. I love swimming! Have you ever thought about having a pool installed at your house? I'm sure it's more fun swimming with other people, though.

Hi ladies!!!!

Diana- have fun at your hair appointment. We'll probably never own a pool. So much money and time to take care of it. I agree swimming with people is much more fun!

today- swimming 30 min

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: KCM's Plateau Buster combined workouts premix w/8's

I can do each section individually with 10's but it's too hard with the combined workouts premix. I got frustrated before because I kept trying to increase my weights with this premix. I really dislike weight work, but I seem to be OK with this one. I will try to focus on just doing the workout and not worrying about increasing the weights. The good thing about this workout is that you really keep your heart rate up during the entire workout. It reminds me of the Firm's AWT style of workouts.

Teacher
Do you have to do any prep for the new class you are teaching?

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening.

Diana- it's a special vocational school for students 18-21. So there aren't set grades, they just age out after they turn 21. I'll be teaching functional math and some other life skills classes.

I sadly had to adjust the ticker up, but going to work on tracking my food this week which I haven't done lately.

today- swim 30 min

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: The Firm Cardio Core Fusion w/#6 ball, #5 and #3 weights

Teacher For some reason I thought you taught young children. Good luck with tracking again. I know you can do it. It does seem like every day is a new and different challenge with food.

Waving Hi all around. Enjoy your evening.
