Mile one and five of walk it off and tone it up. Did a little of mile 2 but the band is kind of hard on the wrist.

Oh I would imagine so! Do you use the fitness gloves? I can't stand to use the bands without those.

3 mile party. Planked first and I can definitely go longer doing that. Went 2:25! For me that is really long.

That's really good though! It's so hard! Like I said this week I started doing it before the walk instead of after and I am able to go longer. Today I went 2:25 which I still can't believe.

So bummed my treadmill died on me today At least I still have Leslie though No video's today, just took a 30 minute walk/alternating jog around the neighborhoods in my area.
