Good Morning, Everyone! TGIF!

I am so ready for a weekend! I didn't get to bed until after midnight last night. I went back to the shop, after we closed last night to get caught up with office stuff. I finished cleaning, dusting the office and cleaning the bathrooms. It's hard to do that with Cody in there with me. I am going to try to get to bed early tonight.

Last night I added on: sections from Dr. Yoga House Call

Wednesday, I added:
Walk outside 15 minutes in afternoon
Walk outside 10 minutes in evening with husband

Yesterday, check in:
Walk outside 10 minutes in morning
Rebound Perfect Ten (Olympic Trainer, by Harry and Sarah Sneider, pages 36-40) x 12 reps with 2 pound weights
YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: BALANCE AND RELAXATION
Walk outside 15 minutes in afternoon
Walk outside 10 minutes in evening with husband

Today, check in:
Walk outside 10 minutes in morning

Intention:
Rest from workout routine, get ready for trip
Walk outside 15 minutes in afternoon
Walk outside 10 minutes in evening

We went to an event today, so I ended up taking a rest day. It seems like anytime we do something extra I end up not getting a workout in.
