Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday, I ended up helping to move some furniture instead of my usual workout routine. I did, however, get my three outdoor 10-minute walks in.

Check-in:
  • Walk outside 10 minutes
  • JILLIAN MICHAELS BEGINNERS WORKOUT - FRONTSIDE: CIRCUIT 3
  • JILLIAN MICHAELS BEGINNERS WORKOUT - FRONTSIDE: CIRCUIT 4
  • YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: BODY AND BREATH AWARENESS

I have meetings all afternoon, so do not anticipate getting in my afternoon walk, but I do plan to walk again this evening.

Have a wonderful day!

Hi everyone

today- ymca water tabata 45 min (it was good not great... I miss the teacher from last summer) & 45 min water walk (great workout but a dead mouse floated by... the lifeguards got it right away but I was so grossed out. Mice and rats are my #1 fear so I might be over the water classes)

Hi Everyone! I hope you have a great weekend!

YumaDeb Great job on those workouts!

Teacher Not a fan of mice or rats. At least it wasn't still alive and was trying to cling to you to save it. EWWWW! I probably wouldn't give up the water classes. Just think, the chlorine killed all the germs. Hey, I'm trying to think positive, right?

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!
