dang a one minute plank. I do 30 second planks every day. I do as many as I can do but they are just 30 seconds long... and I had to work up to that

Three mile Party.
Thanks Cathy, can't believe it myself.
It took me about five months to work up to a two minute plank. I just do it one time a day, in between the walking and stretching.
Carol, glad it's just arthritis. Although it still hurts!

No sorry, I don't. I take Advil for pain. That's all I ever take. Lucky that I don't need any meds for anything! I used to get headaches all the time. I thought it was because I needed caffeine. But last July when I started this diet I gave up diet sodas and I have hardly had any headaches since! So I guess it was the chemicals that were causing those headaches.

I know. I had headaches almost every day. And I would drink another soda thinking I needed caffeine! But I was up to about six cans a day. People that drink one or two are fine, I just couldn't do it.
Anyway, three miles of the Ultimate!
