guess you thought we abandoned y'all... but i'm still here!
Friday I walked 2 miles, Saturday I rode exercise bike for 30 minutes, this morning I did 2 miles with 2 lb hand weights. I used the Walk it Off in 30 Days dvd! and I'm still doing my planks and core exercises.
I am trying hard to get back into my regular routine. I feel bad not getting my exercise in like I should... it makes me feel tired and old when I miss it
