Today was an unexpected rest day. DH went to the farm and as soon as he got there it started storming. He couldn't do anything there. He came back home and then it started storming here. He decided that it would be fun to take a ride to Myrtle Beach. There wasn't any rain there and it was a nice day. He made his rounds through the tackle shops and fishing stores looking for some new gear. I guess it's kinda like us with our workout videos. Cody rode with us and it was a fun day.

12/7/15 I finally got back into the 150's!
01/1/16 Vacation hit and now it's my goal to get back into the 150's.
I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
