Three miles from Ultimate DVD plus arms and planking.
Last day of spring break, well, I do have the weekend. Sure flew by.

3mi party. I usually think 3mi remix is easier but today 3mi party seemed pretty easy.

One mile outdoor walk up and down WI hills....Whew.

Four mile Power Walk. Haven't done four in a while and then when I planked afterward I had trouble staying till 2 mins, but I made it!

Hills are tough! We have none in Florida and when I go somewhere with hills I'm amazed, lol.

I saw a news story about a girl who planked for one hour!!!! She was doing it to raise money for a cause, but I missed the cause.
