Three miles from Ultimate DVD. And planking for 2 mins and arms. Two mins is going well. I use the time to give thanks for my blessings and to pray for the many people on my prayer list.
Yesterday was my day off. I darn near talked myself in to another day off today. But I sucked it up. I did 2 miles of 3 mile party. But I sort of cheated because somehow I skipped the warm up and it went right in to mile 1. Then I did the DVD til just past when the "2 mile" banner came up. I was a little confused about where I was in the DVD because not doing the warm up threw off my groove.
First three miles from Five Mega Miles. Plus planking. Two more days of school, although tomorrow is a shorter day and we have liturgy so the classes are really short. So it feels like today is the last day, sort of.
First day of my spring break! Although I do have to teach tonight at my second job. So I slept in till 8:15! It was glorious. Did three miles of the four mile power walk. I know it sounds ridiculous but I hurt my back by sleeping so long, lol. Not hurt bad, but just a slight twinge so I took off the day from planking. Going from 5-6 hours sleep to 9-10 hours always hurts my back I guess because I'm laying so long. Most people hurt their back by lifting, I hurt mine by sleeping.
