Default Are There Any Quick Videos That Don't Require Equipment?

I have a toddler and no exercise equipment at home. Is anyone familiar with something I can do in my living room while my son naps, which won't require lots of crazy noises, jumping, or dumbbells?

I second Leslie Sansone. I did a workout this morning with my 8 year old asleep in the same room and she didn't even stir. Some of her stuff includes weight training but she uses bands if you don't want to have weights around.

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!

I also agree with Leslie Sansone. She also has some toning workouts that come with a resistance band. Here's a couple more options. These also come with bands: https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/category-s/383.htm

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!

Maintenance Weight Range 150-155 <-- this was in the past, my current goal is to get below 160 and I will reassess from there

You can fight it, or do what you've got to do to get it done. The choice is yours. ~Diana
