Anw when i did day 5 lvl 2 yesterday, i could see an improvement in endurance. I actually took 2 secs break 2 times only. That is a big improvement in my arm strength consider myself couldnt do plank position properly when i first start. Thats why i have a lovehate relationship with jillian video as well (due to many pushup and my arms just are weak, weak and WEAK)

I'm here still just haven't been on the internet much lately haha

I am on level 3 day 3 today.

I notice a difference, probably less than it is on paper, but my mind always likes to play tricks on me.

Here were my day 20 results:

Starting Weight:
178.6 lb

Starting Measurements:
Chest: 39 in
Waist: 35 in
Hips: 43 in
Biceps: 13 in
Forearm: 10 in
Wrist: 6.5 in
Thighs: 27 in
Right above the knees: 21 in
Calves: 16.5 in
Ankles: 9.5 in


Day 10 Weight:
174.6 lb

Measurements:
Chest: 38 in
Waist: 32 in
Hips: 41 in
Biceps: 12.5 in
Forearm: 10 in
Wrist: 6 in
Thighs: 26 in
Right above the knees: 19 in
Calves: 15.5 in
Ankles: 9.5 in


Day 20 Weight:
171.4 lb

Measurements:
Chest: 37 in
Waist: 30 in
Hips: 40 in
Biceps: 12.5 in
Forearm: 9.5 in
Wrist: 6 in
Thighs: 25 in
Right above the knees: 18 in
Calves: 15.5 in
Ankles: 9.5 in

I moved on to lvl 3 but i hate it so much that i moved back to level 2. But a week ago i started ripped in 30 week 1 and love it so far so im doing alternate between that and lvl 2 of 30DS.
Totally forgot to measure. But! I nơw can do knee pushup and if i try real hard i can actually manage 1-2 full pushup. Yeahhhh. A big improvement from the wall pushup lady before haha

Day 3 week 2 of ripped in 30.
I felt great.
Though i do the videos only 3-4 times a week instead of 5-6 days.
Still see the fat melting off my belly
