Your favorite youtube exercise vids

  • I want add to my playlist more exercise videos from youtube. I especially like ones using free weights or stretching/strength training. I know some of them are only 10 minutes long but a couple of them done in succession could be helpful and the price is right:free! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
  • jillian michaels 30 day shred is good. 20 mins of workout have u sweating good. If you want longer or strenuous ones, u can try fitness blender. There are loads of them on you tube...take your pick as per your mood/ need.

    I find random videos on youtube, I like LiveExercise Videos a lot. I've also done a few of Billy Blanks DVDs/workouts that I've found on youtube.

  • Don't think anyone beats Zuzana Light. Although her workouts on youtube are limited to zwow 70 I believe. now you have to join her site for new workouts.. I think she may have even set the trend for all the 20-25 minutes coming out lately.

    Jessica Smith also has a youtube channel with full workouts.

    There's a few Buti workouts (be careful to not throw your back out or hips out doing these)

    I also found this woman, https://www.youtube.com/user/TheTcampoli looks like Tracy Anderson type workouts.

    There's also B-Fit (I think this also is the one with Jillian Michaels workouts)



    We are lucky that so many people put workouts out there on the internet so anyone can get into shape! Something for everyone.
  • I'm a big fan of Ekhart Yoga, lots of freebies from 5min quick yoga routines to full 90 minute yoga routines.

    I also recently have been doing "Hip Hop Abs"...I did that years ago and found it a lot of fun, if you google it you can find it for free.
  • forgot Tone It up! girls... some full workouts, some you have to do your own reps.
