I really liked the 30 Day Shred with Jillian. Well, I shouldn't say like because when I first started out, omg I wanted to strangle her, lol and I've yet to complete the program. Anyway, I hear another good one - ripped in 30 and most of her videos are pretty effective and can be found free on some fitness video sites and YouTube.
You will need some hand weights of sort but honestly I couldn't even use any when I first started out so, up to you on that one.
