Red face Recommendation Request

Hello ladies!

I need some recommendations please. I haven't worked out in some time and my attention span is so short (I have ADD…or at least I think I do).


I used to enjoy the Leslie Sansone videos but the ones I have are outdated…
Joined a gym and didn't like it because I felt so alone…
Cancelled my Dailyburn account because it just wasn't engaging..


I need to step-it-up…plus my trouble zones are ARMS and ABS!!

I really liked the 30 Day Shred with Jillian. Well, I shouldn't say like because when I first started out, omg I wanted to strangle her, lol and I've yet to complete the program. Anyway, I hear another good one - ripped in 30 and most of her videos are pretty effective and can be found free on some fitness video sites and YouTube.

You will need some hand weights of sort but honestly I couldn't even use any when I first started out so, up to you on that one.

PS- the 30DS is less than 30 minutes, too... 30 mins of **** but worth it, lol.

PSS- if you use any of the Jillian videos, you may or may not see much movement on the scale but a lot of inches off your body so... Keep that in mind.

Jillian DVD's! I remember those! I used to hate them so much! LOL. I used to yell "you B****" at the screen but my *** looked amazing after a couple of weeks. LOL I might return to her.

LoL, you are very welcome.

Another video I did try- Insanity. Whew, it was way too much for me at 170lbs and I wished I started out slowly instead of going at their pace because I injured my knee (I think from improper form.) My sister was doing it with me too and she ended up injuring her foot about 2 weeks later after my knee injury so yea, definitely take it slow (screw how fast they're going in the video) and be sure to focus on proper form so you don't injure yourself like we did, lol.

One day, I will return to Insanity but much much slower and on my terms/pace.

My mom bought me the Hip Hop Abs but I haven't tried it yet. Eh.
