Happy new year to everyone!!!
A new year and I am trying to have a new attitude. I want a better life and I am going to do everything I can to get it. I haven't figured out exactly what I want on all of it yet but I am working on what I know and one of the things I want is to workout at least a little each day and get as healthy as I can.

Just finished the 1 mile. I guess Iīll keep this up for 1 week. Itīs very easy, even me haha . Havenīt even sweated, thatīs not good when youīre trying to lose weight .
