When I first started I only had one so I did that for a couple weeks. Then I noticed on here that everyone was mixing them up! So I started adding videos and I would do one day one with bands, and the next day without bands. Then I got the ones with weights (tone your upper body) and I added that in.
Then about two months ago the Radio Remix and Party Songs was released and I loved those so did those probably 5 times a week and did others the other days.
I have noticed if I mix them up it is better for me because if I know it too well, I just space out and don't give it my all.
The one thing I noticed also is that at first just the walking easy was fine, I was sweating and losing. But as I got used to them and started losing weight, I guess got more fit, I had to really exaggerate the moves as far as stepping high, etc. Also, like I said I did start adding weights the past month or so. That really gets me sweating.
