Hi ladies!!!!

Diana- Yeah, they have a new ymca schedule so I'm planning on getting there a few times a week. Planning to head to a yoga class tomorrow.

today- no formal workout... however 4 hours of putting a little wire fence on the bottom of my parent's rod iron fence to keep my little dog inside the yard. After 5 years she now is managing to escape We got about half done and will finish next weekend. Such a big project! I'm thankful my brother is helping me out.

I've been a bit lazy lately- I should be walking in the evenings in addition to doing my workouts. I've just been really tired, but I know I should walk anyway, it helps a lot. Today my back is killing me- another reason I should be walking more and sitting less.

Diana- No planning for me just following the teacher's plans. It does suck to have to rearrange my schedule but that's the trade for working part time.

Subbing again tomorrow. I'm so tired today.

today- nothing

Hi Everyone!

Quick post. We have been very busy at the shop and I am still busy with year end/beginning year stuff. It's hard to believe we are almost at the end of the month already! I also had a hair appointment today, just a trim and color. We just got home. I will catch up with everyone tomorrow.

Check-In: TF Fire 45EZ

Enjoy your evening!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to add my TF stats!

1/17 Fire Starter 430 Cals
1/18 Fire 45 EZ & Stretch 10 601 Cals
1/20 Fire Starter & Stretch 10 617 Cals
1/21 Fire 45 EZ & Stretch 10 660 Cals
1/22 Fire Starter & Stretch 10 581 Cals

The Fire Starter class today was easier. My heart rate was 3 to 4 bpm less than it was on the first day. I was able to go longer without a break! My biggest problem will be finding time. I am in school full time and will hopefully have two part time jobs soon. We can do it!
