What causes that? Sounds awful. We will be praying.

Is there any more walking type workouts that are in 10-20 minute increments? I've been using a WW walking workout that has a 10 minute and 20 minute workout on work breaks. They fit perfectly for my breaks. But I want variety. Any ideas? All the WATP I have are 18 minutes. But no easy 10 minute ones

Three mega miles.
Last night I did two miles of the walk your belly flat.
Daireme, I agree with Carol, just do what you have time for. Leslie mentions on some of the DVDs, just pop it in for five minutes and you will feel better. Hey, I might do that myself, bring a DVD to school and when I have prep period just walk for five minutes. But only four days left this year!

Hi gang. Carol, the first time I ruptured discs in my neck, I had yawned. This time it was putting a Pikepass sticker on my windshield. I think it had been coming on because I was having issues with numbness in my fingertips and weakness in my arms. In fact, the last time I exercised, I had trouble with the weights, but never thought of it being my neck.
We are through the funeral process and I go to see an associate of the neurosurgeon I saw Saturday. I will see the other one in the morning and know more about what we'll do.
Daireme, check Youtube....seems like I have seen some very short vids of Leslie doing a quick walk for those working, etc. A few of her DVDs also include a 5 (or close to) min. energy burst walk...not sure what they are, but know I've seen them.

Three mile Party.
I think the mysterious announcement is just that the Can't Touch This Song is coming. Although not positive. The things we scrutinize, lol.
