Yes!!! Every time I think I'm going to figure it out but I never do. Usually those announcements are just the mile marker but it's not that either. Very curious.

Calcounter, are you still jogging on the bouncy part? I can't keep my balance if I bounce. I have had balance problems since my stroke.

Still just jogging. I try every once in a while to bounce but it just doesn't go well. My problem is the bladder.
Since your stroke? You, my friend, are amazing! Doing more walking than the rest of us combined after a stroke. What an inspiration!

Every time I do walk strong with 5lb weights my feet kill me.(peripheral neuropathy). You'd think I'd learn.

I haven't lost weight in a long time. I stay around 155 but would feel a lot better at 125.
