Today, I am thankful for the friendships I have with my check in buddies.
No workout to report. We had a nice day. The train ride at the Festival of Lights was more fun than I actually expected it to be. I think DH even enjoyed it.
Tomorrow I am back on plan with food and exercise. I am ready to get back to it.

7/17/16 Recommitting to my goal of getting back into the 160's.
9/01/16 I am committed to getting out of the 170's.

12/19/16 I am still committed or is that I should be committed.
I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
