Laura- your food drive is such a wonderful way to give back!!! I love the pics!!!

Diana- I've given different heartworm meds over the years but now they're getting Heartgard which they take really well. Plus, they get Frontline Plus for flea and tick.

We had my sister in laws wedding yesterday and I partied a little too hard. At 33, I'm not bouncing back like in the younger days. Taking today to rest & back on plan tomorrow.

Teacher Have you recovered from partying yesterday? I drank 2 glasses of wine when we went out for DH's birthday and I was fine. The previous time that I had alcohol it was rough the next day. I literally felt sick. I guess I'm getting too old for that stuff.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing)

Trying to stretch out those upper body DOMS from the Combat workouts. I think Combat should be enough of an upper body workout without even having to do weights.

Teacher I'm still sore and today was my upper body weights day. My glutes and hamstrings will probably be sore from the walk I did today. I can do something intense but not feel a thing. I can do Combat and walking and need a wheel chair. Great job on the yoga and elliptical.

Teacher Were you able to stretch yesterday? Sometimes that will help with the DOMS. I am just getting over my soreness.

Diana- yeah, I did some stretching. I do my hip stretches everyday no matter what cause it's such a problem area.
