I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.

Hi!!!

Laura- how are things going?

Diana- no, I wasn't sore from the pilates. It depends on the teacher and was okay but somewhat gentle. I guess it's not a bad thing since I tend to hurt myself so much. I might go back to that class depending on my schedule.
