Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night I added on:
Cleanse from Sara Ivanhoe's Taste
Short Rest from AM PM Yoga for Beginners

Laura I have not had much pain with this abscess. My last one, a few years back was very painful. It still didn't stop me from eating, LOL. I ate chicken and dumplings, etc. I am one of those people that every reason is a good reason to eat.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!

Maintenance Weight Range 150-155 <-- this was in the past, my current goal is to get below 160 and I will reassess from there
