My arms are fried! I started off with the Cardio Jump and I think that did the arms in. Don't make fun of the #1's, they will jump on you in a minute.

I have had very short hair for a long time. Of course I am still working on the 10 pounds that I gained through the drama and my thyroid getting out of whack. The 10 pounds are in my belly, hip and thigh area. I'm not freaking out about the extra weight, but I don't feel as comfortable having off plan meals etc. I can't enjoy stuff like that since I know it will take me up even higher and I don't want that. Always having to stay on top of things.

12/7/15 I finally got back into the 150's!
01/1/16 Vacation hit and now it's my goal to get back into the 150's.
I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
