Hey ladies :wave;

Feeling under the weather tonight so this will be a day off.

Teacher - could the back pain be from standing?
Diana - hellooooooooo! Awesome workouts

Good Morning, Everyone!

I had to get up an hour earlier this morning. DH has a Dr's appointment and I need to open the shop. The responsible thing would have been to go to bed an hour earlier last night. But did I do that? NOOOOO!

Last night I added on: Restful and Rejuvenating Sleep from Gael Chiarella's PM Yoga Meditations

Have a great day!

Hey!!

Teacher - glad that your back is better today !!
Diana - busy day for you!

Thank you - feeling better but atill a slightly tight chest like a cold coming on. My poor senior guy, Wallly, had to go to the vet tonight as his eye had green discharge and was irritated. Turns out may be glaucoma caused by advanced
Cateracts and a secondary infection . On meds and will be checked again on Monday.

Combat 30 today!
