hey gang - i've been doing my 2 miles in the am and 30 minutes of weights in the evening - but haven't been on here to post.
this morning I did 2 miles. I used the 5 Day Walk Plan dvd. tonight i'll do my hand weights.

I love watp. I have two-three of them. I have never really struggled doing them until she added the resistance band. Wow! So I tend to skip that mile.
