Brazil Butt Lift/Insanity Hybrid Workout
With home workout programs I get so bored doing the same thing everyday. I did some googling and found a workout schedule for the two programs I do have, Insanity and Brazil Butt Lift. I've seen results with both but quickly found myself growing bored of doing the same 3 discs of one program or the other. Hopefully a change up will help me stick with it! I don't have the Leandro's Secret workout so I plan on replacing it with Sculpt due to there not being any other weight training workouts.
