Annie, I did try the Walk, Eat, Lose dvds from qvc. I like all of Leslie's stuff but for some reason I just didn't care for those. I ended up giving them to my sister who says she uses them sometimes. but I can't even tell you what I didn't like about them

Those booster cables she is using look like they would be difficult to use. Maybe that's what it was, Cathy? Sure hope your ear issue gets better soon. That is so frustrating!!

Cathy I hope your ear heals up soon, both my daughter and i had ear infections weeks ago and those are rough
Annie I have seen that on QVC before and tried to find it on youtube with no luck

My right knee has become really sore over the past couple of days, im debating whether or not to go see my doctor about it. I'm going to get a brace to use in the mean time but today i avoided working out my legs. Decided to take this time to do upper body work outs so today I did:

Tracey Mallett's Sculpted Arm workout - 10 mins (link)
Denise Austin Upper Body Strength workout - 10 mins (link)
Denise Austin Abs & Upper Body workout - 12 mins (link)

With these blood pressure meds I feel the same way. So hard to get them regulated.
