, yes, I have had great success with these workouts. I've had a fusion of my cervical spine and a lower back surgery, too. Mine were long ago, but I am VERY careful with my neck. None of Leslies videos use more than 3 pound weights, at least the ones that I have. If you've been cleared for low-impact workouts, I HIGHLY suggest any of her DVDs. Even the ones where she pumps up the action to hight impact for a short while are always introduced with the option to stay low impact. I have to stay low impact for my knees. You'll still get a great workout, though.
