Default DVD's

So yesterday I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it is kicking my butt!!! Majorly! I can not make it all the way through. I did it yesterday and today and I made it farther today than I did yesterday. I was wondering what dvd's yall are using and what you like or do not like. I am also considering just going back to plain old tae bo! I loved doing it when it first came out!

I don't really work out much, but I've watched the Jillian DVD you speak of. I'm really put off by how ableist most of those programs are. I can't do planks or any other type of floor work because of scoliosis, and I have hardware in my back. So I pretty much ignore all of those and do what I can. I certainly enjoy punching my heavybag after a stressful day.
