Yeah, you know that day I said I wanted to do an extra workout, well, I got home and ate and then I was SOOO tired. I don't believe I've ever been that tired. I was on the couch and couldn't understand myself. I felt almost drunk but I didn't drink. LOL! Anyways, I didn't do anything that day. Yesterday was another 20 minutes workout, I did it
I actually did it in the basement for the first time. It was nice! Not as hot as upstairs. Another 20 minutes workout planned for tonight. It's fun seeing how easier it gets everytime I do it. I'm still winded but I'm already getting stronger. I forgot the weighed gloves yesterday though but it was still a great workout.
Teacher: I never heard of Panera, I don't believe we have that here. I'm sorry to hear about your lettuce wraps. Now you know not to order that again lol. You did good though! Good job for sticking to healthy eating even when eating out
Diana: Good job on the workouts! You really kick butt! I have a hard time working out with 5 lbs weights so 8 lbs should be KILLER!
Laura: Wow, 430 cals burned in one workout, that's awesome! I can just imagine what the Insanity Cardio is like... INSANE! But they didn't call it Insanity for nothing haha!
Oh, I lost 1.4lbs this week. Not much since I gained last week but I'll take it. It's also TOM so, that's good for me haha!
