Sophie I would also look at Learn and Burn and not even worry about the gloves. I would start the workouts as soon as you can. That way you will be burning calories and in the program sooner. You can read over the food program to see if it interests you. It won't work if you don't like the foods. I like counting calories. You may look into that.
Teacher Good job on being consistent.
Laura I feel that I have lost some strength since stopping Insanity. Push ups are back to being difficult to do.
I still cannot believe that I got through Insanity with all that I had going on with my Mom, the shingles, etc. Maybe feeling powerful with the program is what helped me.
