This is my results with the 30 day shred and im only on day 5! this combined with healthy eating and some additional cardio. I didnt even have a good eating week and still saw and felt results! cant wait to see what happens in the next 5 days! I know the changes are subtle but for real 5 DAYS and not so great eating! I have acctually gained a little weight but its all muscle
I just completed Level 1 Day 1.... I loved it! My legs felt like jello afterwards though. I am going to do it in the mornings before work starting tomorrow.. I wonder how that is going to work out for me..
You look great! I did 15 days of 30DS back in October of 2011 and felt great even though I didn't lose any weight. I gave up after 2 days of level 2 because I'm not that coordinated and couldn't figure out how to do the exercises. I was going to do 30DS again starting March 1st but didn't realize how out of shape I am. I got through 2 days before I gave up. I switched to Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies last week. The first time I was so out of breath that I skipped over some songs but I've done the video 3 other times since then and haven't had to skip over anything. It's getting much easier. I'm going to switch to my Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD towards the end of April and I should be ready to re-try the 30DS by June. By then I should be in good enough shape that I don't feel like I'm going to die just by doing the warmup.

Just finished L1D1. OMG *flops onto couch* oh my body is sore and happy. I swear I must be a masochist at heart. I like this video a lot. It's short enough that I don't feel like it's impossible to do everyday. Gonna follow suit with Sinderelly and do it before I go to work in the morning. Time to get that metabolism up!
