Tomorrow will be my last day of the 30 Day Shred and I'm considering trying Ripped in 30 next. Is it worth it? What were your results? And if you've done the 30 Day Shred how does Ripped in 30 compare difficulty wise?
I don't know if you are still interested, but I loved it! 4 workouts or a month keeps it interesting. The changes I experienced were better coridination and balance, strong back and a little weight loss too. I would do it again and if I can't get to the gym I usually do one of the workouts.
