Yeah! Finished Day 4 level 1. Still can't complete everything but I am getting better. I am also switching between 2 and 1 pound weights. My goal is to be able to do everything with the 2 pound weights. My thighs are doing much better. Still ache but not as painful as yesterday. Yesterday, I was in complete pain trying to sit or stand.
Savemykissesx and tamiam - I have same dog issues.
Everytime I lay down for abs my dogs come over to try to play. I got lucky today and only 1 dog came by.

That is a goal in itself. I'm surprised at how much I improved in 4 days already. But I agree with you. I will not move out of level 1 until I can complete it all.
