Hii! So this is sort of a silly/embarrassing question but my friend is a dancer at a club in the next town over and she mentioned something about how her dances give her quite the work out....

Has anyone ever experimented with one of the exotic dancing fitness dvds? I've found several however I'd like to know if they're more work out or more dancing, because I'm more interested in a work out.
